SkafRemix business accounts are invitation-only, so there is no public self-service reset.
- Venue staff: ask your venue owner or administrator. They request the new password from SkafRemix for you.
- Owners and administrators: write to SkafRemix support from your registered business e-mail address. SkafRemix verifies the request and sets a new password.
When the password changes, every existing session of the account is signed out.

Your e-mail address and password are sent only to SkafRemix. You stay signed in through a protected cookie that scripts on web pages cannot read and that other websites cannot send for you.
